Public Accommodations

Lincoln County Environmental Health Department is responsible for licensing, review, inspection, and code enforcement for hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts, tourist homes, and other public lodging establishments. Our role is to help ensure these facilities meet applicable health and sanitation standards that protect both visitors and the community.
